INTERLOCK / INNER SEAL ®
The problem here was the concrete was eroding and causing two shutdowns per shift to clean the filters.
The solution was to first apply a primer coat of SP INTERLOCK / INNER SEAL ® to consolidate and strengthen the remaining concrete and then top coat with TOTALSEAL ®. The result was that the filters were cleaned approximately every 2 - 3 weeks giving a payback of about 35 days.
