APPLICATION METHOD:
MIX IN CURING AGENT, THEN LET STAND FOR 30 MINUTES BEFORE USING. Surfaces should
be clean. This Epoxy product is user-friendly, in that it may be applied by the
usual 90% solids roller applicator, and may even be applied to damp or moist substrates
without fear of adhesion loss. Additionally, these products will exhibit a pot-life
in excess of 6 hours. UHS-F ®
Series is extremely environment-friendly with a VOC of .86 pounds per gallon.
IMMEDIATELY UPON JOB COMPLETION, FLUSH UNIT AND LINES WITH SOLVENT (MEK) TO PREVENT
PRODUCT FROM CURING INSIDE MACHINERY. Let dry 24 - 48 hours. Completely cures
in 10 days. NOTE When used in exterior coating applications, #UHS-F
® Series product will chalk and lose gloss.
IMPORTANT:
Do not apply to chlorinated rubber. Even after sandblasting, the chlorination
can attack the solvents and brittle the coating.

PRECAUTIONS:
Applicator must, at all times during use, wear a Bureau
of Mines-approved, 2-stage (charcoal and cotton) paint spray respirator, designed
for removal of organic vapors, or a fresh air-supplied type of respirator. Protective
clothing and protective eye-wear goggles) are recommended.
