With regard to your letter dated May 26, 1999, please note that both Rust Grip and Inner Seal have shown excellent results in the applications that we have performed, such as:

• Coating the upper portion of the lock gates of the Canal in Gatun
• Applying Rust Grip on the poppet valves and various related components, which were exposed to corrosion
• Applying Inner Seal to the equipment tunnel wall, in the civil engineering structures

The products were applied to this equipment last year and this year as well, to new valves and lock gates. The results with Rust Grip are completely satisfactory.

We also have a satisfactory opinion of the Inner Seal products that were applied to old concrete, the coating of new concrete to seal the concrete from within and strengthen those structures, thereby increasing resistance and flexure.

I am issuing this opinion concerning the products of Superior Products International II, Inc. based upon experience applying these products and the results that they have shown.
