NON SKID ®
This shop has in floor radiant heating. It was
pressure washed first to a clean, dry and sound condition ready to accept
a coating system. Then two applications of SP INTERLOCK / INNER SEAL ® were applied at a net spread rate of 100 sf per gallon.
This permanently seals the concrete from the inside out preventing
any penetration of contaminants such as oil, grease, etc. It also strengthens
the concrete by over 400% flexurally and 100% compressively to greatly reduce
dusting, cracking and spalling.
24 hours later NON SKID ® - HIGH GLOSS,
coloured light gray to the owners specification, was applied in 2 coats cross
hatched at a net spread rate of 100 sf per gallon for an outstanding, chemical
resistant and low maintenance finish
.
