international companies including BOEING AIRCRAFT CORPORATION, MACMILLAN BLOEDEL,
as well as government safety agencies across North America and abroad have tested
FYRE-GARDE ® ( formerly RETARD-A-FLAME
TM ) as a flame retardant. UNDERWRITERS LABORATORIES ( UL
) gave FYRE-GARDE ® ( formerly RETARD-A-FLAME
TM ) a calculated flame spread rating of 23.94 and 21.73
in the ASTM E84 " STEINER TUNNEL TEST " which represents a Class A or
Class 1 rating.
