PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
SP SEAL COAT ® is a tough, single-component emulsion that combines high performance elastomeric acrylics in a water-borne formulation. This unique formulation offers UV control and weatherability far superior to standard acrylic or blends that show weakness to acid rain and severe weather changes and climate conditions. The coating is engineered for long weathering life against ponding water with a good dirt release. This coating was designed to overcoat SUPERTHERM ® and flex with the insulation coating without hairline cracking, resist UV rays for stability, resist ponding water and is resistant to mold and mildew.
SP SEAL COAT ® can be used alone as a finish coating over facilities and equipment. The overall toughness, durability and weather-resistance of SP SEAL COAT ® make this a good choice for demanding product applications for architectural / maintenance situations that require the utmost in exterior / interior durability.

Unless Superior Products provides a written warranty of fitness for a particular use. Superior Product's sole warranty is that the product, as supplied, will meet then current sales specifications and is specific only to return of product found to be defective upon opening of container within one year. Customer's exclusive remedy and Superior's sole liability for breach of warranty is limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of any product shown to be other than as warranted and Superior Products expressly disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
